Strategic Proposal
A proven transmedia ecosystem blending tangible art, local festivals, and digital cryptography into a city-wide narrative engine.
We built this framework through rigorous public testing. Having successfully activated installations at three independent festivals and launched a self-funded grassroots campaign, we have solidified the technology, the artist network, and the community engagement metrics required to scale city-wide.
Retail & Business Partners
This model dismantles the starving artist myth by directly integrating local business infrastructure. Venues host the physical art, players chase the narrative, businesses secure immediate foot traffic, and artists receive direct funding.
A business sponsors a local artist by renting an interactive door for $1,000. This secures their location as an active anomaly zone on the player's mobile radar, driving a captive demographic directly to their storefront.
Players find the physical door, but the decryption key is hidden behind a transaction. To progress, they must purchase a specific menu item or retail good, ensuring the venue rapidly recuperates the placement fee through direct sales.
The door serves as a high-end gallery piece. If a patron purchases the door, the 501(c)(3) pays the artist immediately, and a fresh door is rotated into the venue to keep the aesthetic dynamic.
Sponsors & Investors
To construct the 7,000 square foot containment facility and activate the city-wide network, we are raising a strictly allocated seed round. This capital secures the commercial real estate, the massive physical buildout, and primes the economic engine for our artists.
Funding Target: $253,840 USD
The groundwork is complete. Three independent festival installations and a dedicated fundraiser established the public interest, tested the physical hardware, and secured the initial artist coalition.
We roll out the localized economy model. We secure independent venues, bars, and retail spaces at the $1,000 placement rate, embedding interactive doors across multiple neighborhoods to build a sprawling game map.
The overarching narrative accelerates. Bob disappears, turning the network of rented doors into an active investigation. Players decode venue-specific breadcrumbs to track chronological anomalies.
The decentralized network funnels into a massive, multi-thousand square foot central facility. CRI commandeers the space for a highly-produced, live infiltration event to close the narrative loop.
The Catalyst is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit collective. All funds go directly toward buying materials, securing gallery space, and paying the local artists who bring this universe to life.
Whether you are looking to invest in the seed round, secure a door for your venue, or discuss a title sponsorship, we are ready to build.
